SECTION 1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using Opus Dental Innovations (collectively, “Opus”, “the Site”, “We”, and “Us”) and all related websites, products, and services.

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT (Section 22). BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

SECTION 2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that all information submitted is accurate and your use does not violate any applicable law.

SECTION 3. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Opus Dental Innovations will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account.

SECTION 4. SHIPPING & PROCESSING

When you order Opus Veneers, you will receive an at-home impression kit included with your purchase.

  • We request that you return your impressions within 45 days.

  • You should wait at least seven (7) days after your last dental visit before making your impressions.

  • If impressions are insufficient, we will send a replacement kit with additional guidance.

  • Standard production typically takes two weeks after impressions are approved.

SECTION 5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & COSMETIC LIMITATIONS

Opus Dental Innovations distributes products intended solely as cosmetic in nature.

  • We do not practice dentistry.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any dental disease or disorder.

  • If you experience adverse symptoms, it is your responsibility to consult a licensed medical professional.

SECTION 6. TRANSACTIONS & CHARGEBACKS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If you file a chargeback without a lawful reason, your account will be permanently suspended, and you will be ineligible for future purchases.

SECTION 7. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS

By opting into our SMS service for order updates and marketing:

  • You authorize Opus Dental Innovations to send text messages to your mobile number.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • To stop, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

SECTION 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Opus Dental Innovations or its agents be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use or inability to use the Site. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

SECTION 9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opus Dental Innovations from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 10. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE & WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Please read carefully:

  • You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at FL@OpusDentalLab.info.

  • If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for binding individual arbitration.

  • No Class Action: You agree to arbitrate only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

SECTION 11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction for any non-arbitrable disputes shall be the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
