RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Opus Dental Innovations, we are committed to your smile transformation. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your custom veneers.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Our guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return and full refund (minus applicable processing fees), you must:

Request your return and complete our official return form within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return all items (veneers and cases) within 30 days of submitting your request.
Note: If you have requested a second remake, your order is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

2. CANCELLATIONS

Before Impression Approval: You may cancel your order within 120 days of purchase. Any unopened, unused impression kits are fully refundable once returned.
After Impression Approval: Once your impressions are approved and the lab production begins, cancellations are subject to the return policy deductions below.

3. REMAKES FOR VENEERS

We want your fit to be perfect. We offer up to two (2) remakes per order within your 30-day warranty period.

To initiate a remake, you must submit the request form within 30 days of delivery.
You must return your original veneers using the prepaid label provided before a remake or refund can be finalized.
Remakes are not available for veneers that are lost, stolen, or damaged by external factors (e.g., pets or improper handling).

4. DEDUCTIONS & PROCESSING FEES

The following fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount:

Order Cancellation Fee: $49
Impression Kit Fee: $49 (per kit shipped)
Partial.ly Payment Plan Fee: $99 (if applicable)
Rush Processing & Overnight Shipping: Non-refundable once the service is initiated.

5. EXCLUSIONS

The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Opus Fangs (Limited Edition items)
Rush Processing Fees
Expedited Shipping Charges

6. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method on file within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the funds in your account.
